The Agreement page allows you to monitor your contracts — detect rate discrepancies, track expiration dates, review revenue tier changes, assess the impact of general rate increases, compare agreements, and access previously uploaded agreements.
These powerful features serve as a watchdog for your carrier agreements, simplifying the understanding of their key aspects. The first four cards focus on: Rate Audit, Term Expirations, Revenue Tier Information, and General Rate Increase Impact Analysis — helping you monitor your agreement to your advantage. The last two focus on viewing and comparing your agreements, helping you identify the best bids and potential savings.

You can select which of your active agreements you would like to review from the dropdown menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the page

The Total Potential Dollars at Risk represents the total amount of money a company might lose if no action is taken to address the contributing factors. It is calculated by adding the total impacts from the Expirations card and the GRI Impact Analysis card.

The Rate Audit card lets you detect variances between invoiced carrier charges and your contracted rate agreements. This module is currently in BETA, meaning it is still undergoing active development.

The Expirations section helps you assess the financial impact on your company if no action is taken to extend expiring terms. The platform provides insights into what is at risk of expiring and the potential financial consequences. In your case, no expirations have been detected, as your agreement discounts extend beyond 180 days. To keep you well informed, we will proactively send you an email notification 90 days before any upcoming expirations.

Using the Gross Spend card, you can easily assess your current position within the earned discount structure. The yellow dot on the graph represents your current tier. Notably, we are the first in the industry to provide this level of insight—offering you a strategic view of how to effectively manage your shipping spend and its impact.
Advancing to a higher tier grants you greater benefits, while falling below your current tier results in reduced discounts. This tool allows you to monitor your progress at all times, and we’ll notify you if you're approaching the edge of your discount threshold. Additionally, having a clear overview of your overall spend will help you determine the optimal time to initiate negotiations.

The GRI Impact Analysis is a tool that helps you understand how the General Rate Increase (GRI) will affect your business starting in January of the following year. It provides a projected impact by re-rating your 2025 data using the 2026 pricing structure.
The leftmost column displays your current gross and net spend based on your existing agreement, while the second column shows the projected GRI impact for 2026. This includes a forecast of your annual net spend and the annual projected impact based on your shipping activity.
As you scroll down, you'll find data broken down by service level and surcharges, indicating whether the impact is expected to result in an increase or decrease. The tool reflects the effect of the General Rate Increase scheduled to take place in January.

The Comparison feature allows you to evaluate carrier proposals against your current pricing, helping you identify the best bid and potential savings. You can compare multiple proposals by simply clicking "Add Agreements" in the top-right corner and dragging and dropping the PDF carrier agreement onto the platform. This tool provides a clear breakdown of savings across service levels, weight brackets, surcharges, minimums, and dimensional divisors—ensuring you can make the best decision with confidence.

The "My Agreements" section allows you to access previously uploaded agreements, check their status, see if they are marked as active, and view the date of the latest update. This page is an essential part of your workflow with our Analyst.
When you receive new proposals from the carrier, you can upload the PDF file here for us to review and determine how closely it aligns with your target. Typically, it takes 2–3 business days for the uploaded agreement or proposal to be ready for review or comparison. Initially, it will appear as "Pending/In Review," and once it is ready, it will be marked as "Approved."

Once you click on the agreement hyperlink, you'll be presented with a digital view that allows you to monitor your agreement. Instead of dealing with hundreds of pages in your carrier agreement, we present the information in a more readable and user-friendly format.
