This article is about the available reports on the Reveel Platform. These include the Shipment Detail Report, Annual Summary, Peak Surcharge report, Payment Report, UPS Chargeback report, Audit Credit report and GRI Report.
From your home page, click on the Reports tab.
This page allows you to run customized reports off the raw FedEx and UPS .csv invoice files.
You can run 9 types of reports from the reports page. You can customize the report by changing the report's carrier (UPS/FedEx), date range, and frequency (schedule).
Available Reports:
- Shipment Detail Report - A detailed report showing all the shipment information for the specified date range. It normalizes the data we acquire from FedEx and UPS to make a simpler report to work with.
- Payment Report - A summary report of all invoices for the specified date range.
- Annual Summary - A quarter-by-quarter report of a full year's shipping totals by service.
- Late Payment Fee - A report of all late payment fee applied on the specified date range.
- Peak Surcharge Report - A report of expected spending when the Peak Surcharge takes effect.
- GRI Impact Report - A report of expected spending increase due to the coming year's General Rate Increase.
- Forecast Report - Forecast of spending for the incoming year, accounting for both the General Rate Increase and any recently signed agreement
- UPS Chargeback Report - A report that will show you reports for your chargebacks from UPS
- Audit Credit Report - A report that will show all credits in the Reveel system and its status whether it is approved/credited, pending, rejected and the reason behind that status.
