Overview of the Parent Company View

The Parent Company view is a dashboard that lets you view all your child companies in one location. It allows you to view the Vital Factors, Audit Recovery Page, and Reports. You can view these pages as a group or separately by each child company. All of the child companies' data, including carrier accounts, carrier account groups, audit data, and report data, will be visible. A parent view may be associated with any number of clients/companies, which become its "children".

A parent company view will have a landing page where you can choose to view the dashboard of the parent company or the child company. You can select which view you would like to see by clicking on the specific card.

A parent company view will have 3 dashboards: Vital Factors, Audit Recovery and Reports. While the child company view will have all dashboards: Vital Factors, Agreement Monitoring, Agreement Comparison, Audit Recovery and Reports. To access agreements or run agreement comparisons, you will need to toggle back to the client selection screen, and choose the specific child company you would like to view. Agreements will not be available at the parent company level.

Child Company View:

On the parent company view, you can filter the data that will be displayed on the Vital Factors page by choosing the specific child company from the filter bar.

Parent views will not own any kind of data on their own; the data shown on a parent view is  a combination of the child company's data. A parent view can create reports containing a mixture of its child companies' data, and only the parent view itself can view these reports.

User access to parent views can be limited to who you want to have access to all child account data. To help you set up your Parent Company and manage user access, please reach out to support@reveelgroup.com.
