Analytics Hub is a fully integrated business intelligence platform designed to provide a comprehensive solution for all your parcel management needs. Built for every role within your organization, it offers complete configurability, flexibility, and a customer-focused design. Complementing our Vital Factors Page, Analytics Hub empowers you to interact more effectively with your transportation data, uncover opportunities to reduce costs, and enhance parcel shipping performance.
You can access the Analytics Hub by clicking the second tab on your landing page.
We’ve organized this into nine dedicated pages, each designed to help you explore different aspects of your transportation spend and gain a high-level view of your overall shipping performance.
As you explore each graphic and table in greater detail, you can interact directly with the data, apply custom filters, and export results by clicking the Expand button located in the upper-right corner of any visualization
Export function
From there, you can export the data to Excel, CSV, or PowerPoint, and you also have the option to print. Additionally, by clicking on a graphic, you can perform a drill-down analysis to view shipment-level details of the data.
Filter function
You can apply filters that best suit your needs using the options available in the top section. For more advanced filtering, select the Control Panel in the upper-right corner to add additional, more specific filters. This feature is also available within any expanded graphic after clicking the Expand button

Executive Summary
The Executive Summary presents key performance indicators at the highest level, giving you a clear view of potential problem areas across your network.
Cost Drivers and Trends
Cost Drivers and Trends identifies and analyzes the primary cost drivers for each shipment, including Service, Zone, Weight, and Surcharges. Each cost driver has its own dedicated dashboard, allowing for in-depth analysis.
Network Opportunities
Network Opportunities identifies areas of potential optimization within your network and provides a detailed breakdown and quantification of inefficiencies to help you address them effectively.
Carrier Performance
Carrier Performance helps you effectively manage the customer experience by providing detailed breakdowns of time in transit, carrier performance, and delivery exceptions.
Reveel Savings
Reveel Savings quantifies the savings generated through various Reveel services, including contract negotiation, claims filing, and audit recovery.
Invoice Search and Reporting
Invoice Search and Reporting allows you to filter and export large datasets at the shipment level. You can also query specific tracking numbers or invoices to quickly retrieve detailed information on individual shipments.
Industry Insights
Industry Insights enables you to compare key behavioral KPIs with industry peers — all within a fully anonymized environment.
Customized Solutions
The Customized Solutions section contains dashboards that have been custom-developed in coordination with the Reveel team to meet your specific business needs.
Finance
Finance includes any customized financial reports developed in collaboration with the Reveel team — such as GL cost allocation and month-end reporting.
