Locating FedEx Audit Credit/Refunds: A Step by Step Guide

This article is about finding FedEx audit credits/refunds

  1. First, download an Audit Credit Report from the Reports page of the platform given the following steps below:


  • You can find the FedEx invoice number on the Audit Recovery page on the platform by clicking the specific Audit category.





To find credits:

  • Login to FedEx Online https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html 
  • Go to “View and pay bill"
  • Under the “Search Download” tab click on “New Search or Download"
  • On the Search page navigate to Quick Search select Invoice Number and enter the FedEx invoice number you are looking for. Click the “Quick Search” button
  • This will bring you to the Invoice Detail/Summary Page. Click on “View Invoice History” (clicking “View Invoice History” DOES NOT take you to a new page, it changes the information on the current page you are on.)
  • Scroll    down    to    the    bottom    of    the    page    to    view    “Dispute    and    Adjustment    History”
  •  Locate    the    tracking    number(s) and    verify    credit/refund    amounts    match the    “Audit Recovery Report”
