This article is about finding FedEx audit credits/refunds
- First, download an Audit Credit Report from the Reports page of the platform given the following steps below:
- You can find the FedEx invoice number on the Audit Recovery page on the platform by clicking the specific Audit category.
To find credits:
- Login to FedEx Online https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html
- Go to “View and pay bill"
- Under the “Search Download” tab click on “New Search or Download"
- On the Search page navigate to Quick Search select Invoice Number and enter the FedEx invoice number you are looking for. Click the “Quick Search” button
- This will bring you to the Invoice Detail/Summary Page. Click on “View Invoice History” (clicking “View Invoice History” DOES NOT take you to a new page, it changes the information on the current page you are on.)
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view “Dispute and Adjustment History”
- Locate the tracking number(s) and verify credit/refund amounts match the “Audit Recovery Report”
