This article is about downloading UPS invoice data from UPS Billing Center and/or UPS Billing Data.
- Login through the UPS website https://www.ups.com/lasso/login?
- Enter your Username and Password. Then, click on the login button to proceed.
- Once logged in, click on your Profile Icon located in the top right corner, then select "View & Pay Bill" from the drop-down options.
- You will be directed to "My Dashboard" page. On the left-hand side is a menu, go to "My Invoices". This is for Individual Invoices.
- On the right-hand side of the page is the filter bar, select the Invoice Date range, and click on Apply.
- Tick the checkbox of the specific invoice/s you'd like to download.
- Then, click on the download icon on the upper-right-hand side near the filter bar.
- A Download page will bring up the option to select the type of file you can download. For this, select CSV: Full (250 Columns), then click on the Download button at the bottom of the page.

Finally, a zipped folder containing the invoices will be downloaded from the UPS site; the folder will appear under the downloads panel and at the bottom of your window.
It will also be in the Downloads folder of your computer.
10. Repeat Steps 6-10 until all pages have been downloaded.
11. Once you have the file/s, please send it to our support email: support@reveelgroup.com to get it uploaded to the platform.
For Clients with My Plan Invoices
(Follow Steps 1-3 above)
Step 4: Click on My Plan Invoices
Step 5: Select Invoice Date range > Apply
Step 6: Download Documents
Step 7: Select CSV > Download
Repeat Steps 6 and 7 for all My Plan invoices.
