Document Center

The Document Center is a dedicated space within our Platform designed to centralize all shared documents between Reveel and our Customers. It provides a clear, secure, and organized way to access reports, invoices, presentations, and all files.

  • Secure Sharing: All files are shared through a secure Platform, ensuring confidentiality and control.

  • Improved Collaboration: Keep your team aligned by accessing the same documents from a single source.

To access it, simply click your name's initial in the upper-right corner of the Platform. From the dropdown menu, select “Document Center”.

Files in the Document Center are organized by the following details: Type, Filename, Description, Size, and Date Uploaded.

Under “Type”, all files have an icon depending on what type of files they have. 

To make sorting easier, especially when handling multiple files of the same type, right-click on the "Type" column and select your preferred sorting option.

Sorting isn’t limited to the Type column, you can also sort files by File Name, Size, or Date Uploaded for easier navigation.

 

When multiple files fall under the same document type, a dropdown option will appear on the right side, allowing you to expand and view all related files.

If you are familiar with the file name or want to search a specific file, you can always type it in manually in the search bar.

Lastly, you can download any files by clicking the download icon located on the far right side of the row, just after the Date Uploaded column. This is especially useful when you need to back up or review multiple documents quickly.

The Document Center is designed to make accessing, sorting, and managing shared files between Reveel and our clients as simple and efficient as possible. With features like smart sorting, grouped views, and bulk downloads, staying organized has never been easier.

Another great advantage of the Document Center is that files never expire. Once a document is posted, it remains accessible in the Platform indefinitely, ensuring you always have access to important files, even weeks or months later. This eliminates the need to track down old email attachments or request files again.
