Audit Recovery: "Others" Section Explained

There are six items under our Audit Recovery Page: Late shipments, Address correction, Voids(Only for UPS), Saturday Delivery, Saturday Pick Up, and Others. Audits under Others are uncategorized audits that are not included in the other five recovery types mentioned. In most cases, when you examine the audit details, they are linked to Late Shipments. These were categorized as Other because we were unable to identify them, likely due to the carrier not specifying the information on their website.
